Building a CT-anatomy-aware JEPA world foundation model on ~120,000 chest CT scans with a Continuous Thought Machine-based disentangled modeling pipeline, achieving SOTA on multiple downstream tasks. Department-wide downstream validation is planned in Thoracic Surgery at West China Hospital, Sichuan University.

Built an end-to-end system generating structured radiology reports from 3D CT volumes. Curated a 28,752-patient multimodal dataset with Dazhou Central Hospital and deployed the model into clinical PACS workflows.

Developed a full-pipeline deep radiomics workflow spanning lesion segmentation, feature modeling, and metastasis risk prediction, validated with clinicians across multiple centers.
